Ordering from abroad

I would like to introduce you to an option that allows you to order from my shop even if you live outside Germany, as I currently do not offer direct international shipping.

There is a service provider that specialises in international shipping: LOGOiX (www.logoix.com). You can easily register with them as a private customer.

Once you have completed the registration and entered all the required information, LOGOiX will provide you with a customer number (very important!) as well as a German delivery address. You can then use these details to place your order in my shop. Please make sure to include the customer number assigned to you by LOGOiX.

How does it work?

I will make your chosen products as usual and ship them to the German address provided by LOGOiX. This completes my part of the shipping process.

Once your package has arrived at LOGOiX, they will take care of forwarding it to your home country. The delivery time will naturally depend on the country you live in.

What are the shipping costs?

First, you will pay the regular €3.99 shipping fee stated in my shop. Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €120.

In addition, LOGOiX will charge you for forwarding the package to your home country. These shipping costs are paid directly to LOGOiX.

That’s it – there are no hidden fees, subscriptions or anything similar.

I think it is fantastic that this option exists, as some countries have very strict shipping regulations, which can make it difficult for a small business like mine to offer direct international shipping.

I hope I was able to explain the process clearly and give you another option to get your StockDog favourites delivered outside Germany!

Es gibt einen Dienstleister, der sich auf den Versand ins Ausland spezialisiert hat: LOGOiX (www.logoix.com). Bei diesem Anbieter könnt ihr euch ganz einfach als Privatkunde registrieren.

Nach Abschluss der Registrierung und der Eingabe aller erforderlichen Daten erhaltet ihr von LOGOiX eine Kundennummer (sehr wichtig!) sowie eine deutsche Adresse. Mit diesen beiden Informationen könnt Ihr dann in meinem Shop bestellen. Achtet darauf, eure zugewiesene Kundennummer anzugeben.

Der Ablauf gestaltet sich wie folgt: Ich stelle die gewünschten Produkte her und versende sie an die angegebene deutsche Adresse. Damit ist mein Teil des Prozesses abgeschlossen. Sobald das Paket mit euren Schmuckstücken bei LOGOiX eingetroffen ist, übernimmt dieses Unternehmen den weiteren Versand in euer Heimatland. Die Versanddauer hängt dabei natürlich von eurem Wohnsitzland ab.

Was müsst ihr für den Versand bezahlen? Zunächst einmal zahlt ihr die regulären Versandkosten von 5,49 €, die in meinem Shop angegeben sind (außer bei Bestellungen über 120 €, wo der Versand kostenlos ist). Zusätzlich kommen die Versandkosten von LOGOiX in euer Herkunftsland hinzu. Das war's auch schon – es gibt keine versteckten Kosten, Abonnements oder Ähnliches.

Ich finde es großartig, dass es diese Möglichkeit gibt, da einige Länder sehr strenge Versandrichtlinien haben, die es einem kleinen Unternehmen wie meinem schwer machen können. Ich hoffe, ich konnte alles verständlich erklären und euch eine neue Option aufzeigen!
